I have been going to valley medical since October 2018 . Based on my past experience with other healthcare around Henderson has not been pleasant ( which in a way I am grateful now as that landed me here ) . I must say that everyone there is very welcoming and helpful. I have three children and sometimes I end up changing appointments last minute - receptionist and nurses have always cooperated smilingly . Always helpful in sharing information I need. My interactions with different doctors has been pleasant too. They are all very welcoming, respectful and responsible too. No waiting time if you take appointment. Overall great experience and I highly recommend it too

I called up looking for some information and spoke to a nurse by the name of Jason. He was extremely helpful and really went the extra mile to help. One of the best healthcare customer service experiences I have ever had. Definitely recommend Valley Medical.

Lovely staff and service and always a warm welcoming atmosphere. They tend to stay on time really well so you're less likely to have to wait past your booked time slot and be rushed out. Much more affordable than a lot of practices

I, as well as hundreds of other patients I have known or seen walk through the doors use this facility very often. The service is polite. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful and the wait time is hardly noticable... i have been up to 5 times in the last 2 months (while many more times in my youth), and I can personally say that the doctors there are very knowledgeable yet they also care for you and in treating your symptoms as quick as possible... I highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area, it is a pleasant experience.
