I had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon with Sonia learning all about tempering and chocolate piping. I learnt such a lot and feel confident now to try at home. Sonia was just lovely and an excellent teacher.

The Vaniye Masterclasses are an amazing learning experience and thoroughly enjoyable. The classes teach you skills to enable you to create some impressive desserts. I particularly benefited from the most recent class, when we were organised in groups and were more involved in making the dessert.
Always a pleasure to attend Sonia's (Vaniye) Masterclasses! Sonia has an amazing attention to detail and is really lovely to talk to. A well thought out and organized class, love the hands on aspect and that you take home a recipe book which is really helpful as I can find it hard to retain all of the information especially surrounded by such yummy things! :)
