What an amazing experience!!!! We did the Tamariki rafting yesterday and had so much fun, everyone was amazing. My son is 7 and was the youngest there. They kept checking him, making sure his life jacket was tight and his helmet, making sure he was fine etc. Such an amazing group of workers there, they make you feel safe and also make sure your having a great time. Highly recommend checking this place out!!

Our company visited Vector Wero on Friday 09.04.2021 for some team building and general fun afternoon out. We took part in the building your own raft challenge and a few trips around the grade 3-4 rapids course. It was a great afternoon out and the entire group enjoyed it fully. Lots of laughs were had and some good stories to share down the line. Our guide Georgia had an awesome sense of humour and made the entire experience that much better. Would definitely recommend this as a company outing. And if you do not fall off your raft at some point, you have not given it your all. Thanks team Vector Wero.
Loved every bit of it! we were a group of 9 originally, then extended to 11, the staff were able to accommodate us all very well. Kerwin was extremely helpful and gave great customer service! The instructors were also very fun and gave us plenty of challenges-that a lot of use would not have thought of doing.
Wonderful place to have some fun with water. We booked a birthday party and the boys had a blast. The instructors are very nice and patient with kids. They were on a raft to go through the course a few times with different manoeuvres. It was fun with water and everybody loved it. After rafting, the boys had a play with kayak and surfer board. They then had pizza and drinks as part of the birthday party package. It was a great party. The only accident I saw was a sun-shade umbrella was blown away from the table we sat knocking down a woman passing by. Luckily nothing was serious. If the steel post hit her, it could be really bad. My fingers were hit the post and they were sour for some time. I hope someone can fasten the umbrella.
Great concept and lots of fun, however staff are rude to those who aren't participating, zero seating or anything to accommodate anyone esp those with a disability. One instructor says one thing whilst another says something different. Lots of rules but no signage to explain anything. Would love to attend again however for the price paid and the service received I would seriously think twice about coming again. Definitely need to be more accommodating of spectators with disabilities to ensure maximum inclusion for the whole family is reached and staff are trained in customer service.
We recently took a school group (intermediate) and had two sessions, kayaking and whitewater rafting. Students really enjoyed it, and instructors were helpful, friendly and professional. A great day out.
Amazing day for the kids and valur for money as they were on the water for close to 2 hours. Super safe with lots of instructors on hand but still enough white water to make it exciting.
A first time for us and what a wonderful experience. We had a blast and we loved the 'surprise' swim at the end. Aaron was an awesome, very well informed guide. Not only did we have a great family time we also learnt a great deal with regards to safety around water and what to do in certain situations. A must do in Auckland!
