find them totally disinterested in my business and that with machines bought from them To this end we then get an abusive tel call threatening to give me a bad review. Thus we have not soreted the problem in the first place I am still sitting with 2 machines that need a service for and cannot get any help from vending direct

Beyond a hassle!! Products are not stocked correctly, so when you pay for something it will spin over to an empty slot because someone did't full every single slot.. taking your money and not even giving you the product! the prices are completely wrong on the machine there all 20 cents more than what is written down, and their customer service is so hard to get a hold of, sick of it.

Poor stock management. Unreliable machines, constantly breaking down. No refunds are given for non-delivered products. What a colossal waste of money. Would not recommend at all. Can never get through to the call centre to speak with a customer service representative.
