I do not suggesting to use a service of this agency.Only waste of time .I was try to get an appoinment to get advice about my case in short time.So I was talk with Chris over a phone.He seemed very nice guy and helpful ,he said all can be solved online just I need describe my situation and send all information to his e-mail and he or his team will respond rapidly .And I wasted my time with typing letter with all the story and questions .I sent e-mail on Friday.On Monday I forwarded letter again ,today is Tuesday and still no responseThis is the worst customer service I have ever seen.Even on visa4u site has written that their respond do not take more then 24 hours ,so is a big lie.If Chris would say me while we talked that now they do not have time for a new customers I would not waste my time.Now I found another service and got all answers I need )So if you are a person who value own time just do not try to contact this useless agency.

Great customer service. Chris directs people to the right direction even when he knows it might be free service that he is doing. My mother called up Chris asking for advice (thinking he was immigration officer) and Chris promptly replied back and gave her correct direction.

I have been working for 5 years on work visa but as I am over 55, I cannot get a residency through work. Last year I looked for an immigration adviser who would help me to start working for a residency based on a relationship and found Chris. He gave me very detailed precise guidance. My situation has unfortunately been changed since and now I seek for his help in getting a student visa which will provide me with an open work visa after finishing the course. Again, he was so helpful giving me an advice in a professional way..
