Had not been to a hairdresser for a year ..my hair has grown out from a pixie cut to a non descript length below my chin ...had a cut and 1/2 head foils from Donna and what a transformation! love my hair and can still tie it back as I spend a lot of time in a pool ...thank you so much feels amazing

Had a great experience with Vivo and in particular with Chika - she took the time to understand the colour/ length I was after, and was so friendly and informative. First time in a long time I've left a salon with exactly what I wanted. Pricing was decent and parking/ booking was a breeze. Definitely would recommend.
Best salon I've ever been to and the first one I started regularly going to. You always get what you pay for, but Vivos standards actually match their value. Every time I go there I come out with great hair and never get nervous about how it's going to turn out.
I’ve now had two very negative experiences at this salon with two separate stylists (one of which is the new manager, which inspires zero confidence for the future). The first time, my overall experience was pleasant but my results were terrible. The second time, the results were fine but the experience was terrible. I left with dark staining on my forehead (which is the result after I had to ask to have it wiped off because it was all over and burning me). Even getting the colour rinsed in the bowl was miserable: I was splashed with soapy water running down onto my clothes three times, the water was burning hot until I asked for it to be turned down, and it was overall aggressive washing rather than a relaxing scalp massage. There are probably many good experiences had at this salon, but it’s not worth the risk. Would not recommend.
