Quite a small salon, but not too cramped even when busy, they had lost my appointment through a computer glitch, but were happy to still fit me in the same day and within half an hour of original appointment. Lorelle was a gem, I had a cut and colour done and she gave great advice regarding the cut, as I wanted to go short and she kept it just above shoulders, which in the end was the right choice, also helping me choose the right colour as I was not sure which way to go. Absolutely pleased with the results

Decided to try this place as I wanted to a stylist close to home and since they had some good new client deal decided to get my highlights and cut done. Such an awesome experience with Tiriana who is amazing. She was so thoughtful and careful with my curly hair and her consultation was bang on! Recommend love love my hair!

Extremely unprofessional customer service. Unless a client is directly asking for your opinion theres no need for you to say what YOU think will suit the client tor what the client wants purely aesthethic wise. I almost never do this sort of thing but assuming someone's race and trying to decline what the client wants and pushing YOUR liking on them is unprofessional. Like sorry your blinded by patriarchal European beauty standards that tell you brown skinned women shouldn't have bright hair? Or certain facw shapes shouldn't have certain cuts lol? (she didn't realize im Asian bcs im brown, even tho she was Asian herself. Self hate is strong)The lady was very judgemental and making extreme faces and not even being subtle about her judgement. Trying to charge 800-while the website shows otherwise-for two bleach sessions for already lightened hair and basically talking down to the customer. Save ur money and go to a local business. Heck go to hue hair salon, they are actual color specialists and make you feel welcome, for less money.

Awesome awesome team of professionals hair (). They can perform any cut and help you maintain your regrowth to touch ups. Once you have all those things out of the way you get a clearer idea of a natural style that works with your long term hair..I swear you will want to book in again. Thank you rashmi! she has worked with hair for so long now she's got all the knowledge to make you feel beautiful.

I went here twice, first time the lady was really nice and skilled but she wasn’t really listening when I said I wanted to cut more hair off. Still had a really good haircut after, though. The second time I mentioned to my hairdresser that I felt like I wasn’t really listened to last time. She then asked *me* who I had, and seemed a little upset when I told her who. She acted nice but was really rough with my hair, layered it harshly (it hurt while she was doing it), separated the hair for my bangs really wonky and then CUT MORE HAIR OFF THAN I WANTED!! I was wondering for a while if it was just a miscommunication, but I remembered I told her the length I wanted before we started and she made the first cut without asking me if it was good. I was too nice to say anything but damn I wish I did now
