I would like to make a huge shout out to Luca Campbell from this branch who has put my faith back Vodafone again. I wanted to say how this guy sorted out my phone, plan and all other lose ends that I needed help with. Luca is incredibly competent and provided me with a service that was quick and efficient - thank you so much Luca for making my day so much more easier than I thought it was going to be!! :)

Went in on Friday late night 22nd January 2021, and was served by an Indian lady who could not resolve my request which I only wanted to port my brothers number over to my account. I had to go to manukau super center to get it ported over. Not only she could not do it, she promised she would call me the next morning to confirm if the number was ported through or not which she didn't. She was really rude as well like she had no customer service skills, its like she didn't enjoy her job or what not. I thought I'd let it go and thought it was her cultural thing or something. But after thinking about it and comparing her to the super center team. She is pretty dreadful to deal with. I dont think I would like to come here again to deal with my Vodafone queries regardless, if q is short here or not. They don't seem to care or know what they are doing
