Would leave a zero if it were possible. Only go to this store if you have a spare hour or two to stand in a queue. Gave up and left the store after waiting 45 mins in a queue 7 deep that wasn't moving. Staff didn't engage to acknowledge wait times. Very poor.

Thank you to Ash & his Manager who went a long way to helping my Mum sort out a billing issue. Ash was respectful, patient & friendly ... and was able to point us in the right direction with next steps. Very impressed. Perhaps Ash could be put in charge of training the call centre folk?

The customer service is terrible. You expect some standard because it is an international brand. You cannot even communicate with the staff properly. The guy we talked to just did not get what we were looking for. Just ended my subscription and asked him to check if I have to pay any outstanding bill since I had no active sim card anymore. But he had a hard time to get it. He asked me how much I should pay! Then finally he was able to find out I had no bill to pay.

I have visited this store to get my sim card changed into a nano card, I was greeted with a smile and received good service from a wonderful lady in which I am totally grateful.

Worst customer service ever Spent over 2 hours trying to update my plan ( I was told it would take 40 minutes at most) while being told I must remain in the store Finally I had to pick up my daughter and told the guy to cancel my order Instead I get a bill for 2 phones I didn’t receive and a bill for the new plan I canceled. Two weeks later and many calls to the customer service centre in India I’m still waiting for a reply and a corrected bill Stay well clear

Worst service experience ever, retail assistant won't even have a sense of talk to customers. I been a vodafone customer from last 2years and sales assistant was rude and didn't even want to serve properly. Never going back to Sylvia Park vodafone.
