Their VLT tester (for tinted glass) is reading more than 10% lower than other testers, I have sent a complaint via the VTNZ website please respond to me asap.

Incredibly unhelpful, clearly wanted to go home even though we arrived an hour before closing. Tried to call in advance but was on hold for about 20 minutes and I see from other reviews that they do not answer the phone. Really disappointed with the service, would not reccomend.

Oil changes is the place I went to which is situated in VTNZ. The guys who serviced my car were great. Professional, Informative and friendly. Last year I went to get my WOF at VTNZ and was failed because of a little stone stuck in the tread of front left tyre. I managed to get it out but was told I'd have to pay to get the car checked again. I will never go there for a WOF ever again

Great customer service. I get COF for my bike from here every time, Ali is a really nice guy who is Expert in his line of work. 5* for Ali. Highly recommended

Decided to close on Sunday 31st Jan despite their website saying they were open. A dozen cars queued up for opening only to find a note left on the door. Very dissapointed, that combined with having experienced less than pleasant treatment from a member of staff previously means I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

One of the costumers service was a bit rude towards me. I asked why she was speaking that way with me, and she said that the natural way she speaks. It could be. Either way I didn't feel the threatment was the most adequate for a costumer.
