I had taken my pup to Wags Pet before and had no issues. However this time was a sad experience. The appointment time was not met and I picked up my pup an hour later. They seemed to be overbooked. Fur behind my pups ear was not dried and combed and it ended up in bad knot. The nails were not trimmed and ears were not cleaned. And she came with no bow on her head which was very sad as other pups before mine were coming out with pretty bows on their head. Not happy

Would not recommend - asked price they said 110 then when I had to pay it was 130 - I asked for a bath and cut and they said she was mean so they couldn’t do it Easily but they did it because I had an appointment. So I thought the 130 was worth it because they tried and she was difficult - I then came home her hair is all over my floor because they didnt brush her after the cut just left her full of hair - I pet her and feel her hair is oily and call up to asked them if the gave her a bath and they say no because she was mean So why did I pay 130 ! And why did you tell me you did when I was there So not worth it !
I gave a negative review because in the past I have had my cats backside shaved there (although you have no record of my past visits?) when I called to make a booking I was rudely told that I have to buy a package if I want my cats knots shaved. Person on the phone was so dismissive and wasn’t willing to explain or sell any of the packages to me so I looked on your website which has no information about these cat packages. It’s not what you said it’s the way you said it that was so dismissive and rude. Anyway I found someone to shave my cats knots off for 80, way cheaper than you used to charge anyway and they were very helpful and nice on the phone.
My dog has been groomed at Wags a number of times with no issues until lately. Went to book an appointment for him to get groomed and was told "We don't want him back here again" and they didn't bother to explain to me why. They didn't even bother to tell me they had an issue with him when I went to pick him up from the groomers. They were very dismissive and rude on the phone. Very unprofessional and there is no way I would let anyone like that near my dog again. They lack basic customer service skills and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.
It was a good first time experience, hardly recognize our dog when we pick it up. Love the works, price was cheaper than mobile grooming. The only thing we slightly dislike is just they cut the body of my dog a bit too short, but the works is so tidy and nice. Thank you, will come back next time.
Awesome service. Muni always comes out happy and clean. Reasonable prices for the A service. I've been to them 2x but they are now my regular pet groomers.
