I do not recommend this company they say fixed prices but got charged 20 difference on return journey than going there. Also taxi stunk of cigarette smoke as did the driver. My husband rang another taxi company the next day who were much more honest and professional with clean vehicles

Rang to book at taxi at 8:30am for 10am. Got a call saying they would be late 10:05, rang back at 10:20 to say that no one had shown up and they would call back. Got a call back from Simon to say that the taxi had arrived but we weren’t there! Apparently they don’t go up driveways (it’s not Auckland - his words) and they didn’t have my number to call me (even tho I had 3 phone calls from them) Simon is so rude and unprofessional and aggressive, told me to stop arguing with him and that we are wasting his time. Didn’t even end up using the company and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
I had a horrible experience with Wai Cabs and when their driver didn’t show up I called Waiheke Five-O. They arrived in minutes the driver was super friendly and knowledgeable about the island. Not only are they faster than the other Waiheke taxi companies but the service is 10x better.
Driver was asking for 35 from Kennedy Point to Charlie Farleys.
Great taxi service. We had a lovely friendly chap who took us to Mudbrick and ended up taking us home as well.
Used these guys over the past four days on the island. Were always on time and straight up with there fares. They are my go to taxi service on the island. Excellent.
