Here is the customer treatment we just had in your botany store. You can make comments on this . I and my wife just went to your Botany Store around 10 min ago around 12pm , 24th July 2019. Here is the whole conversation for your information. Sales: Hi (NIHAO) Me: Hello, do you have mattress refurbish service? Sales: No, we don't Me: I bought a bead matress few years ago, cost more than 4000 dollars, now the surface is not even. Sales: DId you bought the mattress in our store? Me: Of course Sales: Did the sales tell you need to rotate your bed 180 degree from time to time ..... and ensure two of you is not sleep at the one side......... (1- 2 minutes explaining ) Me: YES, we understand. Ok, that's why i only can leave it in my garage now , and i do not recommend my friend to have the same type of bed mattress. (we turn around and trying to walking into the deep side of the showroom to see other furniture) Sales: you guys can go now , here is not welcome you . Me: WHY? My Wife : Why you said it ? what we have done wrong? Sales: You are not welcome here, you are disrespect me , you need to leave now, otherwise i am calling the police My wife : WHy you call the police? we didn't do anything wrong Me: (i raised my voice, as he is moving far away from us toward to the desk) , WHy you say so? We haven't done anything wrong and i only make a statement of what our experience with this particular mattress Sales pick up the phone and we left ....
