After sleeping in A H Beard brand beds at Ridges hotels Auckland & Rotorua, I made up my mind the next time we purchased it would be one of theirs. Waitemata Back Care beds have the best range. Great service, we spent a bit of time choosing & it great.

I was happy they allowed me to exchange for a softer mattress after trying it at home for 3 weeks. The staff are also knowledgable and helpful. I recommend them.

We bought an expensive mattress from here. When it arrived ,it smelt mouldy as though it had been stored somewhere damp. Within 2 months the side bar broke on it.we told them we wanted a new mattress and they said it would be repaired. We said that's not good enough after 2 months, and insisted on a new replacement. They ignored us for another month, until we threatened to throw it through their door and contact fair go. Only then was it replaced. Terrible customer service. Would never buy from them again
