I request to some senior male drivers to have some patients, no need to rush and showing middle finger doesnt make any sense when it's their own fault. They still need to use their brains. Whom it may concern or who will be in charge if accident happens. It's so much disappointing.

I ordered my car licence online. Never received it. My details on the system is correct. I tried to contact the centre several times, i was holding in so long my licence nearly expired again! Emailed and got a reply days later to send my details even after I gave them my reference number. Until today no answer. My question.....who will be liable if I get a fine? Worst service really

Horrible waited almost a hour for someone to tell me something the first person could have told me when I rang. Its like waiting for work and income atleast they call you back when your next in line. What a shocking system. Waste of time.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Was on the line for over an hour, transferred to 3 different people. At the end the guy told me to send an email that they will eventually get to. Problem unsolved just wasted my time. Trust me DO NOT CALL them whatever you do!!!
