Looking for an engagement ring was a reasonably difficult task - seeing the diamond clarity, cut, color...but choosing one from a wide array of options was even more difficult. Angela from Northwest has made this process so much easier, patiently showing me all the available options and asking questions about my partner to help me narrow down on that perfect ring. I never felt forced to make a decision and I am very happy with my choice that she helped narrow it down to. She is very knowledgeable, flexible, and great to work with. Highly recommended!

Horrible at keeping to their promises. Was promised a customed ring to take 4-6 weeks. On the 6th week I decided to call them to see what was happening. Was told that there was a delay and that I would receive a call from them within that week. I waited 2 weeks and had no call or message from them. Called them up today and their store manager answered. Said they was really sorry and told me the place my rings are coming from is on hoilday until the 7th of January. Such a waste of time as I planned the rings for something special which I now can not do. Will be waiting since I have already been waiting for 2 months. I will be going to get my full refund if they muck me around again.

I would like to share an amazing shopping experience my husband and I had last week with a young woman in your store, her name was Tyler. We were very unsure of what we wanted at the time and she was so very helpful, explaining what would look nice matching my other jewellery, she also offered to clean my rings I had on, for free, it felt very genuine from her in wanting to help us not just for the sale. If only all sale assistance was this helpful and friendly. Id give six stars to her if possible!

Not a positive experience. My fiance purchased me a white gold engagement ring, and within 3 weeks of having it, it turned yellow! We took it back and it was re plated, only for the same thing to happen again. We took it back again, and they had a new band put on it, but the diamonds are back on it crooked, and the claws are all yellow. We are at a loss for what to do, and we had previously asked for our money back, but they assured us that the new band would solve the problem. So dissatisfied and really upset, this is supposed to be a special ring.
