So thrilled with my beautiful rings. Money and the team were so helpful during our initial purchase in store, and the suggestion of a custom matching band was great! Although we are in Christchurch Money made the whole design process super easy. We couldn't be happier with the end result - they are so stunning worn together or separately. THANKS!!!! 10/10

I needed a custom solution to extend a bag strap so it could fit across my shoulder. I still wanted to show off the cool shoulder strap and needed the chain to match the aesthetics of the handbag. I had an idea for a chain to attach to the shoulder of the bag. MIllie and the team, including the jeweler who happened to walk in as we were discussing the chain, were professional and knowledgable in helping me find a solution. They took their time to figure out the best length and clasp. They even had me come back to double confirm the right clasp for the bag. I was visiting Auckland from Wellington, so Millie promptly couriered the chain to me, done even faster than I was promised. I was absolutely thrilled with the results! I highly recommend the Queen Street Walker & Hall store and team!

I recently came in to the Queen St store to get a 'surprise' engagement ring for my partner. I dealt with Money who was really helpful, but also in a relaxed fashion that suited me. I don't like the typical pushy sales approach and I am also no expert on diamonds. Money broke it all down for me and provided some really great suggestions based on things I had already seen and liked. He was really attentive and it was easy to tell that he knew what he was talking about. Thankfully my partner said Yes and loved the ring! We will be going back in shortly to get the ring resized. Highly recommend this store and Money.

To be honest, I am actually not a diamond person, but me and my husband both know that it’s something meaningful and our hard-earned relationship deserves it. Therefore when we were introduced to the brand of diamond dealer Walker&Hall, we knew we were in a good hand. It was a lovely and non-stressed experience, especially when the super considerate and friendly staff Tania was there and gave us sincere advice. At the end, we chose the fact of the quality of diamonds than the size of diamonds (Thanks to Tania and the shop manager told us so much knowledge about diamond, even though it was beyond their working hours). What happened later was since the diamond we ordered was still outside of New Zealand and it takes time of shipping, some how Tania managed to find a similar diamond ring and lent it to us to get married, which would crack me up for the rest of my life.

Took my engagement ring to get 'reshaped' at lunch time today due to some heavy lifting that I have done. Not only did Mr Puri do this willingly and with a smile he also reshaped it 'magically' on the spot. I was thrilled as the thought of leaving my ring behind to getting it fixed was making me nervous as I very rarely take it off and would have felt uncomfortable doing so.
