Sophia treated my now wife and I absolutely amazingly - top customer service. My wife had absolutely no experience in what rings she liked and Sophia was very patient and helpful, really taking the time to understand what we liked and didn't like. She brought a selection of rings she recommended based on our tastes to the store to really give us a sense of what options were available. She handled our budget constraints with tact and we never felt pushed. Naturally we returned to buy my wife's wedding ring! This review is a bit delayed - we shopped in September and December last year.

I walked in with my partner to shop for our engagement rings and this was our first stop. We walked in with the mindset that we are "only looking" as we wanted to explore other options. We were greeted and served by Ash. We knew nothing about diamonds so he broke it down in simple terms for an average person like me to understand. Showed us options according to what my future wife had described and this displayed great listening skills. We decided to take a lunch break and after that we walked into their direct competitors who are diagonally across them at Sylvia Park. And boy what a shocking experience we had there. At first, the sales lady greeted and kept on complimenting my wife on how beautiful she is and everything was fine until the minute i told the lady about my budget of 3k, which is exactly the same amount I had disclosed with Ash, she changed her attitude towards us in a split second. Long story short, only then I had realized and started appreciating the service i got from Ash earlier on. We went back to Ash immediately and ended up spending around 7k. They sure will get our repeat business and word of mouth advertising as its one of the most powerful forms of advertising.

I actually walked into michael hill at sylvia park and could not stand the horrible service there and could not stand to be there another minute. I walked into walker and hall and oh my God the service level is amazing. They greated me straight away. Offered me all the best options and range within budget and the man even modeled the bracelet for me to see how it would look on my partner. They even gift wrapped both my presents one not even bought from them. Defintatly coming back here!!! Awesome staff awesome service

She was able to deal with it professionally and at the end, she found a solution. Finally got the perfect Christmas gift for my partner. really really nice place to get your jewellery from. just like fall in love with their own brands. because the professional sales Sophia at slyviapark store. she is lovely, nice, patiently. ask SOPHIA about jewellery to that you want! she is wonderful!

Walked in today as they were slowly packing away sections of jewelry in the glass cases. I glanced down to look at the rings and as i was admiring the selection the worker pulled it right out of the glass case. She completely ignored me and collected another one and walked off. I turned to my son and said "If we were white, theyd probably keep the store open until we're done browsing!" Your customer service is appalling. We'll take our browsing and purchase where the non-Karens work. Pfffft.
