Staff always lose my order, even if its sitting right in front of them. On one occasion I got 2 other people's orders given to me with mine.. including flight tickets with sensitive personal information action on it! Staff are unapologetic when they stuff up and don't even respond to thank yous.

We had received a confirmation email that our good had arrived in store and ready for pickup, however once arriving in store and providing the confirmation email the staff member had told us that the good was not there and did not make any effort in trying to locate it or give us future contact information for an update . He was being very sarcastic and smart about this situation which made the environment within the store very unwelcoming . This was a huge shock as we had never been provided service of such low standards from a retailer like this before, overall this was a huge waste of our day as we were unable to receive our good although it was ready to be picked up according to the email and we had phoned customer service later that day and they had also confirmed with us that our good had been signed and accepted, meaning we would need to go back for a second time wasting even more of our day.

Completely ignored by staff when at the counter and I was there for quite a while. They stuffed up my print job and only gave me half of the prints I ordered. They contacted me later that day to let me know they had the rest of my prints and to come collect them. I returned 2 days later to collect my items and they admitted they had thrown them in the bin. I was furious to say the least. This place is a shamble. Don't waste your time!

I want to say how much we appreciated the assistance given us by staff person Johnathon last weekend. We dashed in at the end of the day to buy a printer and within a few minutes he gave us such a helpful and to- the -point overview of our options. He was quick to understand what we were wanting but gave us time to consider the information and come to our own decision. He was also very helpful in explaining some set-up documents and a 50 refund which went with the deal. Jonathan is certainly a great advertisement for this store and we hope his example can be used in the training of others. We could do with more people like Jonathan training others as he is a natural when it comes to establishing positive and warm relationships with customers.

Absolutely horrible experience. I have visited Warehouse Stationery quiet often in last couple of weeks because of printing. The service you are providing is worst than poor. Your team has no respect to customers, no initiative to work and what I have observed so far, your team members are not one team at all. The staff is always so bored or annoyed - at least it does look like it. Where are any managers, why do you have queues of 20 people in, when members of your staff is actually standing on counter and doing literally nothing???
