Unmotivated staff that do their best to avoid the customer. You can be standing at the counter for 10mins and the staff would pretend you don’t exist. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. If you have the option I would highly recommend avoiding this location. Staff also barely knew how to operate the printing service. We had to give them all the details ourselves on the printing setup. Avoid. There is another warehouse stationery in Botany I would recommend.

Disappointed with the passport photo service with this branch. Had my photo taken yesterday and received the photo with only 2 photos cut out. Then went back after a while to get another photo taken for husband. This time I asked to cut the rest of the photo. The cutting was not accurate, i don't know if it will be accepted when i apply for my passport. And missing 2 photos. So it was returned to me with only 4 photos. As for my husband, they told to wait for 3 hours. We decided to get the photo today. They cannot seem to find the photo because the receipt that was given to us was wrong! And the photos were not cut out!

Terrible service. Paid 5 to scan some documents and I asked to be very carefully with the corners and got some pages with half of the information. Waste of time and money.

Terrible service when they can be bothered answering there phone.would be nice if they greeted you instead of leaving you hanging on the line waiting for assistance.I ended up hanging up rather go elsewhere for better service

Go back to the store for a simple refund. The staff who does not want to take responsibility told me to come back 4 days later because the manager is on holiday.
