Have used this wash 3 times now and have no problem with the quality of the wash and having used other machines at service stations I thought the wash cycles were longer. Had issue where machine had fault on Sunday after I paid and Washpod responded early on Monday and fixed me up. All up great service

Little bit different than the usual, found it ok but nothing to write home about
I've used the Washpod in New Lynn 11 times so far (yep, I checked back over my expenses), and I like it. It suits my needs. Twice there were small hiccups with wash quality, so I called the number on the signs, and found the service team to be exceptional. They answered the calls promptly, listened to my concerns, asked clarifying questions, confirmed my vehicle info, and even emailed me with an outcome. They seem genuinely interested in customer concerns and take action to address them. I'm a happy customer.
Easy drive through car wash - with excellent result. No brushes used. Easy electronic sign in and payment.
Thought I'd give the 18 executive wash a try. Car is still completely dirty, this car wash does not work at all, it doesn't even include a brush? Its just spraying water and soap?
Location can be bit difficult if traffic is busy and you have to cross the road. Cashless operation, just sekect, tap and go. Completely touchless. The result was ok but they drying feature doesnt dry very well
First time using this place, a great brushless wash, the only thing i found is the drying after wards, rotation is not long enough, as it left a lot of wet spots all over the car, price wise 18, mmmm i let you have your thoughts on that, otherwise, it's ok, will i return maybe, but thanks anyway, go and experience for yourself, cheers Washpod
