My beautiful mother passed away a few months ago and we used Waters Funeral home. We were so impressed with the service that we got. They are so caring and very helpful and discussed things that we hadnt even thought of. It was such a hard time, the morning she passed was our sons wedding day which put extra pressure on us but they reassured us they would look after her. They did exactly what we asked for and Mum was returned to us the next morning which was a Sunday. Several people commented on what a lovely service it was. Nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for making a very sad occasion just that little bit less stressful.

Totally professional and very caring. My son looked beautiful. I was able to stay with my boy through the whole process ( except for the embalming part). I hope I never have to use them again. But if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Reon. Reon even came to the house to check that my boy was ok and to give him a facial. Something I have never come across before. Would definitely recommend Water Funerals in Papatoetoe.
It’s been a month today since the passing of our very loved mother, nana, auntie and darling sister Johanne Hepi. We would love to thank Ritchie and Caroline and their team for their love and compassion and support throughout the whole procedure to ensuring that Johanne received the fantastic care she deserved. Like all whanau that are going through the process of grieving, we the whanau would not have been able to proceed without your help and therefore from our hearts Thank You All.
