Ryan and Mason were the two plumbers assigned to install a shower; subsequent to this installation they replaced black plastic suspect piping throughout, at my request They were meticulous in how they approached the job and extremely professional in techniques. A leaking hot water cylinder was noticed and promptly replaced along with new pipework. Can not say how their price compared as I did not shop around. Whilst I am price conscious I am more than happy to know the job was to the highest standards and that will be what survives at the end of the day. Sean Campbell

I have always used Watkins Plumbing. Their business has been around for many years. Their professional service, has never faulted for us. I had Darren K, install a toilet, super happy with his service. Had to call for their service again, the very next day, for a faulty hot water valve, Michael attended this job, again, the service provided, I cannot fault. Plumbing, is not a cheap service, however I found their charges reasonable. Highly, recommended business.

For my bathroom renovation Watkins undertook all new pipe work installation and commissioning of all bathroom fittings. They turned up when when they said they would and provided experienced advice on location of some fittings. Very happy with the service provided.
Watkins Plumbing were recommended to me by a friend about 5 years ago, and I’m so glad. They’ve done a variety of jobs for me across that time, I know I can rely on them to always do a great high quality job. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, and are always happy to explain what they are doing if you are interested (which I usually am in an effort to understand my house’s plumbing!)
Watkins installed an expensive pump which the man called their mac daddy pump and told us it would last for years. They came back to fix it in 4 months time, and it has broken down twice since. 1 year and 7 months later they have washed their hands of this pump and want us to fork out for another 1000 for them to install another pump. We got another plumber that has installed a different pump. It cost less and is now the right set up for where we live, our water has been better than ever, and has a 7 year warranty and he fixed it within hours of us ringing him. I'll NEVER recommend watkins, we could have had this job fixed and installed properly and saved ourselves so much money had we have gone with another company from the start. Thank you for your response, this pump is cracked, and is not due to leakage like you have suggested. We get our tank cleaned every so often and this pump has burnt out because it the wrong type of pump set up for our house has been installed. We had you guys up multiple times to sort this problem and feel like a 'plaster' was placed to 'fix' the job. None the less, the people were lovely and we did appreciate the quick service when we called. They did try to ensure we had water asap.

Yet again its Watkins to the rescue. I had a leakage problem that was causing my water metre to tick over when no water was being used. I contacted Watkins and they came out to assess, sent a leak detector man out to identify the problem (the most minute leak in my old pipe) and then came out to repair it . Mark and Ben paid care and attention to both the job and the finish of the final concrete repair to my driveway. Can't rate them highly enough. Excellent value for money. You're bonkers not to try them out
