Great service and excellent treatment from physio especially Kelvin. He is thorough professional and expert. 3 people from our family had treatment from Kelvin. Everyone extremely satisfied with his treatment. Tips for exercise made life is easier for us. Highly recommended.

I have been having several treatments there, easy to find location located inside the Mt roskill medical center. The acupuncturist I’ve been seeing is really nice and helpful. Clinic is clean and tidy, I really appreciate the help from the staff, healed my ankle pain after several treatments, even gave me follow up calls. Overall the experience has been nice, would definitely recommend to others.

On my first visit the Physiotherapist said I should visit a few more times to make sure I healed right, he booked me a few days later to see the Physio and an acupuncturist, on my second visit I got a different Physiotherapist ( a woman ) she asked what was going on and after I said I was feeling better she literally said, " well I don't want to touch you then " " best to cancel your appointments " after that I got a call from an angry acupuncturist saying she had stayed at the office just to wait for me and she could had gone home an hour earlier.... like it is my fault they don't communicate ? Also, a fracture that feels better doesn't mean is healed..... does that Physiotherapist actually know what she is doing ? And why does an acupuncturist feel she can call me yelling and blame me for not showing up when it was the Physio who said was cancelling all my appointments ? Terrible service !!!!

Most pathetic and most ignorant behavior from the physio Today 30/9/19 at 3pm. She was just walked casually to the waiting area and failed to pronounce the patient name and later after 15mins ,when we inquire about the appointment ,she simply said that its our fault that patient didn't show up and failed to come on time, even though patient was waiting in the lounge and have seen her walking without calling her name. Wont recommend to anyone. Simply wastage of time .

I went there on a doctor's referral after I tweaked my back gardening. The physiotherapist was very knowledgeable, personable and experienced. She narrowed in quickly on the issue and gave me excellent guidance to resolve my back pain.
