Booked in the Morning for 9:30AM, waited to 10:30AM, NO show. Called the office, said they can only come on 12 PM as they were running late. I complained about the non curtesy call for running late , office lady just calmly wanting to hand me to another business. What a service, I am so impressed, congratulation to Wes city heating, just as well you are providing warmth service. It was very nice West City heating responded to my complaint swiftly, A nice gentleman called me at 11:am saying he could come up for a look now. I was very happy with his visit, friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully, we can come to an agreement before winter creep over the earth.

I was in need of some maintenance for my fire place, and have only heard of good things from West City Heating. I sent an emailing describing what I required, and within a few hours I was given all the help I needed! All I can say this place is fast, professional and helpful. Will defiantly be using their services again! :)

I booked an appointment at 1130am today and I rung at 10 to make sure I had the time right. At 12.30 I rung back and advised that she will give him a call to see where he is. I then received a text at 130 to advise me that he is just finishing on site then is on his way - I then text just after 2pm to advise that he hadn't turned up and I needed to pick up my kids from kindy - no reply. I then rung at 230 and she advised he cannot get there until 4pm!! There was no I am so sorry to muck you around, it was he cannot be there until 4pm. I just think they could of been on the ball with communication much more but I would hate to pay them to install the fireplace and muck us around with install so we will not be using them.

Were super easy to deal with. Gave a quote and spelled out all costs. Didn't need to use all quoted items so was cheaper. Teadesman called to advise was coming ans did a professional job cleaning after the job. Would recommend and will use again. Glenn
