Best Kia dealership in New Zealand
The Service centre was not up to expectations OR as they have performed in previous 3 years of servicing. Maybe because of Christmas week... ??? But than they had not charged my any penny less so why shouldn't I get all 100% quality service.
Wife and I went to have a look at the Sorento today. Although Ravi (sales consultant) was busy, he took a minute to talk and gave us keys to look the car. When we were done, Ravi was away so we handed the keys back to his colleague who we found VERY arrogant and unhelpful. He told us all details we needed about the car was on the Kia website. Not too sure about this dealership but all the other band dealerships we have been to offered us refreshments and discussed what 70-90k gets you including performance, additional extras and servicing at a minimum. This colleague didn’t even take our details, just gave us a business card to call them! So, if you want secondhand service, then be sure to visit West City Kia. Thanks Kia NZ

Fantastic service, from the minute we walked in the door. I was shown all the options available, never felt pressured into a decision, and was walked through all the features of the car very thoroughly. The car was cleaned and presented immaculately, and the aftercare/follow up was fantastic - we even got a care package! would thoroughly recommend Abby and the team at Kia West City
Steven at West City Kia was fantastic throughout the journey of my first new car purchase. Kia Seltos was in high demand at the time of my purchase, and I saw on NZ facebook post saying that people needed to wait 3 months or so to get their Seltos. With help of Steven, I managed to receive my vehicle within 1 month of purchase which was really awesome. On top of this, I received a parcel from West City Kia to thank me for my purchase, which had savoury cookies and slices. You definitely feel well treated at West City Kia. Most importantly, after owning Seltos for 1 month, I can definitely say it is an awesome car.
