Quite rude customer service and nissan must be the only new car company that does NOT give a free 1st service... OVER 60,000 SPENT and they can not even give a free few hundred dollar service...partly my own fault I "assumed" that such an expensive car would at least especially with all the accessories brought would offer a free service. 1st time buying Nissan New.... will definately be the last time that's the truth!!

Terrible service. Took 4 hours to get a servicing done if we can even call it that. Our car came back with chipped paint (seatbelt chipped the car inside), we called so they apologized and told us to wait till the new year's break was over (understandable). Got a call to come in in the morning so we did, waited for almost an hour for them to finish with other people (understandable). Waiting wouldn't have been an issue if they were clear about our wait time or if the servicing was properly done but both were terrible. When we finally approached them because they didn't pay attention to us, they weren't even ready to service our car. They seemed to have been no communication within the team (one person said it'll take under an hour, another saying 3hrs), they took us seriously ONLY when we told them we couldn't wait any longer when they called someone who could take action. Worst part: poor paint job over the chipped area, dash polish was blotchy and the smell is reaking. Had to clean it again ourselves. Hope no-one has to go through the poor servicing we got.
Went there about 2 years ago to look for a vehicle. They were supposed to get back to me with some options to consider but never did. Snooze you lose.
I bought a new vehicle from Brent, I live in the Far North, he really made the process easy from the initial online enquiry through to the sale. Kirsty from finance made the numbers crunch and we struck a deal! all done. I was impressed by her willingness to make it work and her helpfullness during the process. The sales team provided excellent service and I will go back to them when I trade it in, by far the best service I have received from a dealership. Thanks Team

Had the worst service experience with Nissan parts services would not recommend taking your vehicle there for any work, damaged my new truck put a scratch and dent in it they had to get it panel beater and re sprayed on area damaged brand new car. installed a hardlid that was dented then reinstalled a new lid that wouldn’t close. Had a tire blow out waited two weeks to get fix still not sorted had to pick up and get fixed myself.
Was deterred from another store and recommended to come to this one, left with what we wanted and great service!
