Spent many hours here in the past. While it is fundamentally the same there are many improvements that I saw yesterday. Parking doesn't get any easier though.

When the main pools are closed ..we have to used the new pools. But when their pools are closed because been worked on. All the swimmers that are training take over the whole main pool.( We who do water walking here 7 days a week) have to share ONE lane with these . There are two swimming instructors in the morning using these lanes..But we get splashed in our faces & our hair is wet. Water walking isn't enjoyable then. These instructors arent worry about us in the least. As long as they can take over the area & carry on with their instructing they not damn worried about us. We are aged & this is our exercise we do. Been to the pools at 5.30 am 3 x this week & cannot enjoy my swim. I ALSO PAY my fees to swim. If the pool is closed then their training should be closed for such time too. I have complained to customer service BUT they do nothing. O fill in a form

Good value for money, it's great during level 2 because of the age restriction. But it's good for kids too with plenty of fun kids areas. The changing rooms, especially the private change cubicles could use a more regular clean and more action by the life guards when kids are playing up in areas like the water walking pool where it specifically states the age and need for adult supervision or when lane swimmers decide to swim on the water walking side. It shouldn't be up to other patrons to tell them off. Otherwise it's a great place for a quick dip or an exercise without breaking the bank.

Great place for children to swim safely and adults have big pool to swim. Plus slide and wave pool for kids. Hot pool and steam room also. So caters for most peoples tastes

Enjoyed the wave pool, the toddler pool was closed when we got there but the wave pool defo made up for it and the shallow end is perfectly suitable for the younger ones. Water was a good temperature as well. Have not yet tried the hydro slides as our youngest is still to short. 1.2m height restriction to be allowed on the hydro slide. There are lockers that you can hire to store valuables while enjoying the pool. Quite a bit of parking available as well. Will be going again.

Lots of fun with kids, such a shame they don't consider slides and waves sitting school hours even with big about of kids being there

The best Pools in Auckland. Over two years Ive never once thought the pools need a clean. I love the upstairs gym and the staff is top notch. Thanks Nick for all the patience and counting reps. You are the best personal trainer ever!!!
