I think this is the biggest mall on the North Shore and it is my go-to place for shopping of all kinds, especially since it has Kmart and also has so many practical services like NZ Post shop, beauty services, pharmacies, and so on. The large number of car parking spaces and an array of (healthy) eatery options make shopping here even more comfortable

The Athelete's Foot is very good. Reasonable prices and easy to use click & collect. Great range of shoe brands and good range of sizes across all stores nationwide.

Went to Kmart to return 3 mens garments because of incorrect sizing. The customer service staff (2) were wonderful and got full refund. Had dinner in Food Court, fresh and yummy.

Well maintained and a fairly well laid out interior. Never feels overly got or cold here, or too crowded. The food hall is a deafening riot of mastication, no idea how the staff in those outlets survive the day, but they do so with a smile.

Thursday and Friday nights are suppose to be late nights at the mall, meaning everything at westfield closes at 9pm however, this is the second week in a row I have come to the mall to find papermoon cafe closed at 8pm. I understand that this is mostly because cafes will not have many customers around that time and it is unfair on the cafe to stay open. Westfield should work around the working hours of such places

Great little mall. Not too big but had everything you need. Great variety in the food court and the various food stalls along the main walkways. Parking all around the mall makes it easy to park near the store you wish to visit.
