Worst Bank Ever Higher Fees than any other bank A toll free number that only works on land lines which makes it pointless Expect to wait at least 20 to 30 mins for them to answer the phone for a question No 24 hour phone banking closes at 4pm They dont do debit cards There internet banking is a joke and except to wait four days for any transaction to go through There atm cards dont work on all atm machines Its 2 a transaction for everytime you use it And that have a scheme called fast track loans where they pretty much charge you 130% interest to borrow your own money Joining them was the biggest mistake Ive ever made in my life and I am so glad I changed banks and no longer have to be hustled from these crook anymore I would not even give these criminals a star if there was an option
