The Doctors and Nurses I would give 5 Stars. The customer service, NEGATIVE Stars. If one accepts a walk in without an appointment one accepts a wait. However don't tell us it won't be long when it's over an hour. We have lives outside of waiting in cattle yards. When we have seen the doctor we have to go to the end of the queue again to pay, I would have thought you could prioritize patients who are done to get them out. When you get sent through to see the nurses the system is not obvious. You don't know whether to hand your slip in to a nurse or just sit and wait. Actually if you don't hand it in you will be waiting a long time. Plenty of signs about masks but nothing to actually tell you what to do. When you work it out the nurse in the office gives you the vibe that you are interrupting and you wonder if you should have just sat there and waited. And waited. The place is not welcoming or customer orientated. Owners should take this on board

As an establishment I’ve always found them to be very busy but making all effort to get to see you on the walk in. I’m terms of a regular doctor, hands down Dr Brace is the best. I wouldn’t really see any of the others due to variable experiences. Front desk staff have a tough job but once again variable experience. I suppose the 4 stars is mostly for Dr Brace.

Go here if you are totally desperate, otherwise drive on and go to A&E in Auckland, daughter attended this “place” and was wise enough to seek a second opinion. I couldn't even get them on the phone midday mid week. The recorded message said please hold for reception and the first available operator will take your call. After 30mins I moved on, can't review the location as I couldn't even make contact.

Struggling to get an appointment as the phone never seems to get answered (tried 5 times this week over 3 days). Might be time to change Doctors as it is ridiculous to have to try this hard to simply book a doctors appointment!

On the 12th of February 2021 I went to this Medical Center for my middle finger injury. I was in a lot of pain .also have a medical history. I was seen by Dr. A RAZOKI and he knew what was wrong with my finger. At first he suggested injection but than he changed his mind and wrote a prescription for Diclofenac charged me 80.00 no xray no injection this all happened in less than 5minutes. Until this very day l still have the injury and in lot of pain. Now my own GP I WENT TO SEE HIM twice and next week Tuesday I'm finally getting the injection. This medical CENTER doctor could have solved the problem but he was more concentrating on the money than my injury. That's how bad my experience was with them. I don't know whether they are there to take care and help people or they just there to make money.

I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled after the care I received after badly breaking my finger. Turned up on a Sunday and was seen almost immediately. Rachel the nurse was extremely friendly and showed genuine concern and empathy. Amanda Mitchell the doctor was also exceptional explaining everything very clearly. I was even able to get an X ray done which, given it was Sunday, was impressive. Most impressive though was the follow up care checking there was no infection and redressing. All in all an extremely friendly, efficient, and careful process. Thanks!
