Decent and Affordable housing here Southern Auckland which looks to efficiently use land that is designed child friendly shows future family oriented community, but more cars to houses a downside for many reasons.

Its a quiet neighbourhood but the homes all look too sameish that visitors would get lost at night, houses are in close proximity to each other not much privacy, nice warm homes but cold outside due to the closeness of the estuary
Nice new area, amazing playgrounds for kids around. Housing area for families. Good vibes

Like design of homes but area is cold nd Mangroves aggravate respiratory illness which planners wldve known. Catch 22 really for those tryg to get on housg ladder.
This is part of the new Waimahia Inlet. A new, closely knit community of families who have moved in to take advantage of lower cost housing.
Nice neighborhood with new houses.
