All are vegan (free of animal products including eggs and dairy) gluten free, and refined sugar free. All contain tree nuts (mainly cashews and almonds) but all are peanut free. They may be free of nasties but they are definitely not taste free. I guarantee you can find something yummy to snack on and share.
