Went there today with the intention to see a GP as I have a chest infection. Was told to wait in the car for more than 3 hours, despite me telling them that i have a sick 3 month old with me. Called them multiple times while waiting in the car to have the receptionist say “just one more patient before your turn” and it went on for another hour and a half. How can a patient before me takes 1 hour and a half? We kept watching other people walk in and out of the clinic the whole time while being told to stay put in our car. I am so appalled and disappointed with the level of service and care that you provide to your patients. Please just don’t even think of coming to this clinic.

One adorable receptionist, very useful and kind (Charlotte), the other staff are just very rude. Some doctors are nice but not all. Wouldn't recommend.

Had to visit recently due to my 1.5yr old suffering from a viral illness. My regular GP would only do a phone consult due to my son having a fever, but I really wanted him to be physically checked out. I was ushered through promptly and the paed nurse was very thorough and helpful. She fast tracked me to be seen by the doc who seemed very methodical and took the time to explain everything! I would definitely visit again in the future.

I was there today with my 4yr old daughter who had high fever and bad cough. They asked me to wait in the car which is understandable. They told me it might last 1-1,5h hour -ok, understandable, BUT after 3hours of waiting with sick kid at front of the building went inside and have noticed that doctors were having great time chatting with the nurse, people who came long after us already left !! Unacceptable ! I am going to lodge a formal complaint ! I strongly recommend to not go there if you need urgent help!

Awful service. Very rude staff, particularly the nurses. My partner was refused a second x-ray even it was requested by his GP since he was under a lot of pain. The excuse was "you don't need it", so their nurses there know better than real doctors? Pretty much a joke. In the end after the second xray was done somewhere alse, it showed a fracture on his spine which they couldn't see here on his first xray. Also when being requested their names for a formal complaint they refused even they can't by law. Really awful experience.

I had a good experience with them back in Feb 2019 when I had an emergency but when I started going to them for normal GP services, the experience I've had so far has been very poor. Doctors are rough and do not seem to show any compassion. They are judgmental and did not provide any help. Will definitely not be going back there again.

The doctor (lady) that examined my partner was very rough. Didn't gave clear instruction of what has to be done. Not good experience at all. Hope that doctor fix her attitude. Thanks.
