I went during level 3 lockdown and half the nurses were not wearing masks and they let patients in that also weren’t wearing masks. People waiting for their covid test even came into the waiting room WITHOUT A MASK with everyone around them, they should be isolating. They are not taking covid seriously especially during a lockdown, I would not recommend this place.

Had to wait 4 hours to see anyone. We asked how long and they said, you’re next yet somehow 5 other people went in, got checked and went home too. Every time we asked while this was happening, their answer was you’re next.

would rate them zero stars if possible. a main covid19 testing centre that is meant to close at 4pm and yet they sent us home, with symptoms, at 3:20pm. how are people meant to be getting tested if the testing sites close over half an hour before they say?we arrived at 1pm; we waited over two hours just to not get tested. they wait for people to get to the front of the line before they tell us that we couldn’t get tested. they didn’t even bother to walk down to the cars and cut off the line. instead they make people wait hours and then let them get to the front of the line before turning them away. everyone in the line would have had either symptoms or reasons to get tested and yet they sent them away. they have one job and that’s to test people and they can’t even do that. they could have easily sent someone down to let people waiting know that they weren’t being tested instead of forcing them to wait in line and get to the front before telling them. absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing team; kind, competent, efficient. The waiting room was full but all staff were so helpful and kind. I saw Dr Rosie who was so welcoming and helpful, it was the first time I’d felt comfortable with a doctor (being a person who usually avoids seeking medical advice unless necessary). Great experience, would highly recommend.

useless reception doesn't keep you up to date with waiting times and delays even when you've got little kids and asking on a regular basis

I have cold and fever and they ask to wait outside at windy and rainy weather for 4 hours. Now plus runny nose too
