Windsor Funerals ( Ryan) thank you for the wonderful job you did, giving my Dad ( Muzzy) the send off he wanted. The passing of a loved one is a stressful and difficult time but Ryan made this difficult time in our lives just that little bit easier with his professionalism, carrying out exactly what we wanted for our Dad. We first met Hazel from Windsor Funerals a year or two before my wife passed away when we asked her to call to discuss possible future funeral arrangements. What a delightful lady and so natural to talk to. It was like chatting with a long time friend rather than someone you had met for the first time. We were not expecting to call on her services so soon, but when the unexpected happened, we, as a family, were very pleased we had asked Hazel to make the arrangements. She was so professional but also so empathetic. She made a very difficult task for us that much easier than we might have imagined and the funeral service ran very smoothly. She was also a great help with the necessary paperwork etc afterwards. We could not have chosen a better funeral director. Thank you very much Hazel.
Windsor Funerals recently assisted us with fulfilling the dying wishes of my aunt. Something that no-one can fully appreciate until you're in this situation is how many important decisions need to be made shortly after someone's passing when you are grieving and in shock. I appreciated so much the caring and helpful approach by Windsor Funerals to guide us through this process. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt in safe hands that knew we were going to produce a service that my aunt wanted and was a heartfelt farewell for someone so important to us.
We want to thank Ryan so much for the compassion and professionalism he showed our family after the loss of our Mum and Nana. From the moment we met him he was able to connect with us all and made a difficult time more bearable. Ryan Berry from Windsor Funerals assisted us with the arrangements for our mother's funeral service and burial. I would highly recommend them as funeral directors as they were very understanding and compassionate in assisting us with the many details of the funeral that needed to be organised, at such a sensitive moment in our lives. On behalf of my family I would love to HIGHLY recommend Windsor Funerals !! They were SO kind, caring, loving, compassionate, accommodating and available 24/7 !!! Funeral Director Ryan came to our fathers Rest Home within only a few hours the night our father past away. Which we thought was AMAZING especially as they know NOTHING about our father being sick prior to our call !! Then when we had to start making all the arrangements - Funeral Director Hazel listened, gave us ideas, advice and made everything SO much easier and less stressful for my sister and myself at this VERY difficult time !! And because Windsor Funerals were SO loving and caring and VERY professional, we had a very lovely and special funeral for our 'wonderful' father :) We can't speak highly enough of them and would recommend their fantastic services to ANYONE !!
