I ordered and fully paid for an 8x8 greenhouse to be delivered to a Whanganui garden centre Unfortunately part of it arrived broken. A new part was ordered and was lost so never arrived. Now waiting for a third replacement panel(s). This has taken several weeks longer than promised and still no greenhouse. A second delay is for the automatic roof vents. So only 1 star from me.

Decided to support local, terrible customer service, no communication once you pay that is it. You need to follow up, takes 4 - 6 weeks, you only find this out after you pay and ask for a delivery timeline..... Supporting local is not always the best option.

Super slow dilevery super fast to charge. had to ring them to find out where my order was got the old oh your at the top of the list then got told they wouldn't be with me until the following week. Just to get that clear for every one I ordered on Sunday night they processed payment on Monday but didn't dispatch until Friday. Teach me a lesson should have just brought them from enden glass houses who had my auto vents that I ordered on a Monday dilieverd to my house on Tuesday. Hopless
