Their pearls are freshly made on this day that we ordered. The wait quite a bit, around 10 minutes considering that it wasn't a busy morning and it was just us who's on queue. Staff needs to be more friendly, ---(wear a smile) and fast. Nonetheless, still better than gongcha when it comes to personal preference.
The drinks are to die for BUT the service is utterly hopeless. I have been several times and each time the service is consistently mediocre. Count yourself lucky if you stumble upon a staff member you can converse with in English; buy a Lotto ticket if you find one and the other staff aren't just standing around or laughing while you stand and wait to be served.

The watermelon slushy with cream sheesh topping was very fresh and delicious!! Nice place and good service. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Will come every week!!
Here's a thought...Have you ever thought about employing more than two people during lunch rush? If you can afford to open a branch in a mall then you can afford to employ more people. Just a thought.
I watched their production process carefully in the open window, and it was very formal and complicated. They will use a scalar to measure everything, although the product speed is sometimes slow, but when I taste such standard quality and very good milk tea, I feel everything is worth it!
Really nice shop, their tea tends to taste more fragrant than others branches which I frequent (Taiwan Oolong Red TeaPearls). The staff there are always helpful, and with being a regular customers they have already memorised my usual order, which is a massive plus in my books. Always the first place I suggest when I really want bubbles and tea!!!!!!!
