Unfortunately there isn't a "no star" option as 1 star is way more than this business deserves ...... please don't be fooled into buying their rubber tiles thinking they are a quality product as they are actually nothing like their description and are a serious tripping hazard. And this is a business that won't provide proof of purchase if you order over the phone and then will refuse to help you when you call to complain unless you can provide proof of purchase

Worst customer service ever. Went back to store one day after purchasing to ask for a refund because of the product quality. But I was told that we did not ask whether it might have the problem when we purchased. So it's our responsibility. shocked! Called the line twice. Cannot find manager. Staff passed the message from manager that we had to keep it, although provided some suggestions to deal with the problem. Will tell all the people we know not go to the store.

Not good impression, Stock available on the website is there just for you go get in touch with them so they can tell you that its "out of stock" and up sell you to buy a more expensive range. its been two weeks and the website still haven't been updated to reflect the insufficient stock.
