Great position for a walk around the Wynyard quarter. Be aware there aren't a lot of parks. Very reasonable pricing.

Good carpark but poor customer service. Pay machine in the foyer wasnt working so the technician who was fixing it told me to use the pay machine at the back of the building at the driveway entrance but when I got there, I couldnt see any pay machine so I had to walk up 2 levels via the car park ramp to get to the lift to get down to the pay machine on the foyer. The technician had gone by then but the machine was still not working and he had not left any instructions or sign to advise customers what to do. I called their customer service and spoke to 2 different people who had no clue what they were doing. One said my ticket had wrong car rego which wasnt true, the other came on phone and redirected me to the back of the building again this time saying the pay machine is in the stairways corridor. Simply put, it was poor communication and clueless staff. I then just asked if I can pay at the boom gate on my way out and they finally said yes. This simple answer / direction could have been given by them right at start - pay at the boom gate on your way out of the carpark. A simple thing turned into a 15mins waste of time. PS.. they charge 55c for using credit card and there is no other way to pay to avoid the 55c as its a cashless machine.
