An absolute disgrace of a business. I have been here twice this month and will never come back. Both visits we had issues with our bowling games, countless times where we had to return to the counter for balls not returning and pins not setting properly... and that's the good part! Without exaggeration EVERY arcade machine had some sort of fault with it, half of them ate our money, a few didn't give out tickets and then they all had varying degrees of mechanical or electronic failure. One of the air hockey table doors just fell open allowing any child into the internal electrical working of the machine, a hazard waiting to happen! How is this place even open still! I felt sorry for the staff having to assist us almost continuously. With no working machines left to use our tokens on, we got a refund and left extremely disappointed. I advise anyone who wants to come here to drive an extra five minutes to Clemow Drive Megazone, at least their machines work and the laser tag is top notch. They actually held and won the Australasian Laser Tag Tournament there. Goodbye AMF. Thanks for nothing.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Been there 3 times for birthday parties for our kids' friends. The place is rundown. The bowling lanes keep malfunctioning. Staff either don't know what to do or don't care. Food options are really limited and quality is rubbish. Arcade is full of "win a prize" machines, and that's where kids end up spending their time. Bottom line - might be good for a casual game of ten pin (if the lane works), but that's about it.

For the league bowlers, the people who know and love bowling as a sport, AMF have run what was a good facility to a serious contender for the worst league bowlers experience in the world, and we are told by staff, have no intention of spending the money they get from the other activities and the pokies on it, A complete disgrace. Not even worth one star, but I have to give it to get this posted, so I give it to the staff's efforts in the face of AMF indifference.

A fun place for a visit with the family. It's very busy on rainy days, so consider booking ahead. Also has laser strike.

Fairly clean facility with a reasonable cost for a game. The lanes we were on kept malfunctioning and it seemed that the staff weren't overly concerned about (as if it was normal).
