Always top notch service. All their staff have excellent product knowledge but James is next level. They are much more interested in finding product that will suit you than selling you the most expensive. Would highly recommend them.

First few times the service was good till today when I went to the store to buy some vape juice. Rude old guy working there. Went off at me because I just wanted to smell the juice before I buy it. I had to just walk out to avoid confrontation. You just lost a regular customer. I will never go there again. Poor customer skills. Very disappointed. Like I said, I did not open it the other staff member opened it!
