NOT satisfied with the result - said would remove stains but did not remove any stain. The carpet looked no difference after cleaning compared to how it had been before cleaning. Extremely EXPENSIVE - 190 for an hour carpet cleaning service. It's a complete rip-off. Do the search and shop around customers! There are services charging a lot lower but providing good/quality services and value for money spent.

Driver turned up to site. Excessive water no visible change to carpet so much water was left behind it is now an insurance claim. There is no WOW in this company. Tried call all morning to complain not avoalable.
