Being originally from HK. I really wanted to find a place with authentic baked rice dish. Saw this restaurant online and thought about to give it a try. We ordered beef brisket noodle and baked pork chop with rice. The beef brisket was tender but I feel is a bit lack of flavour. The noodles was of a nice texture, so wasn't too bad of a dish. The baked rice is a little disappointing. The authentic one normally have crumbed pork already embedded within the rice and is all chopped up. It will normally have more sauce and have a layer of cheese baked on top. So I feel this was not very authentic at all. I think this restaurant is more of a homecook feel taste, not too salty and oily. So if you are looking for a healthier meal when eating out, this is not a bad option. Nice ambiance and service but I will need to look another place for my baked rice, or even cook myself.

One of our favourite family cafes. Friendly service. I think their dishes have improved in quality and taste since they opened quite a few years ago. Their French toast and red bean frappe are very good. Authentic Hong Kong cafe. Can be quite crowded and parking can be an issue, but still very fond of this place.

Average food taste, not in big portion compare with others. hot drink is ok, but ice drink not strong favour enough. Toys and models are nice.

Okay I have to give them 1 star not even that. *We ordered 2 noodle soup and 2 dumplings (waitress didn't probably understand that very well she didn't repeat the order and probably thought we only ordered 1 dumplings) *They given us 2 noodle soup and 1 dumplings so my colleague has to follow up for the other dumplings ( they thought we're ordering another dumplings because the waitress didn't list it properly she thought we only ordered 1 at the beginning.) *Then it took them another 30 mins to delivered us the dumplings so my colleague "cancelled the order". *Then just before we leave the dumplings arrived on our table so we told them no we already cancelled the order, but they are forcing us to pay for the 7 dumplings that we didn't even touch and we cancelled before. *They "Cant understand English properly" and they even threaten us that they are gonna call the cops on us over a 7 dumplings that we can easily pay if they asked politely. All I can say to who ever own this restaurant Improve your staff make sure someone can understand 100% English specially the waiter/waitress and train your staff to better customer service, learn how to be polite and not rude to customers. MAKE SURE THEY REPEAT THE ORDER!! so there wont be any problems at that end! also dont threaten to call the cops for a 7 dumplings that your customer didnt even touch and already been cancelled, TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO LEARN TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH PROPERLY! tell them this is New Zealand not China. I am an immigrant myself and I have to learn English properly myself.

Very average compare to HK, food is a bit bland, ice tea not strong enough, the chicken corn soup is ‘from the can’ just added a bit of chicken piece. The Steak was ok. Took a baby seat to use and it was really dirty also a baby fork from the previous usage they could of wiped it down every time someone use it. Good that they had a baby changing table in the toilet, overall the place looks pretty clean.

Used to be very good but went back on 31/10/2020 and food is now very average. Had the macaroni and ham in soup and the cheese baked spaghetti with pork chop. Soup for the macaroni was really bland and the pork chop on the spaghetti was very very dry. Shop was also very stuffy and hot as the air conditioning unit was not turned on.

Heard great things, the classic HongKong tea was nice, but the oven rice dish is alright, maybe you guys can try the other dishes
