We simply can't recommend Yvette enough; words just don't allow! From the first moment we met Yvette, it felt absolutely right. She was everything we had hoped for and wanted in our Celebrant; warm, kind, humorous and personal. We received so many comments following our ceremony on just how special and personalised her words were. We felt she truly understood us as individuals and as a couple. Her ability to get on par with your relationship to gain a genuine understanding and highlight how different and unique you are from the couple before and the couple that will come next is an admirable talent! Undoubtedly people assume we've been connected for years; we wish we had! A great professional and overall down-to-earth person. I can not put into words how incredible Yvette is! She made our ceremony so personal to us and we had nothing but amazing feedback from our guests on how perfect our ceremony was- rather than boring and generic, Yvette took the time to capture us perfectly and made our day even more special! Our guests laughed, cried and were completely taken in! Yvette also made myself and Ben feel so calm which I can’t thank her enough for as you don’t realise how emotional you’ll be until the day. She also did a fantastic job of smoothing everything over when our wedding venue messed up the music- rather than this being an error, Yvette made all of our guests laugh and moved the ceremony along-absolute wedding life saver! I can not recommend this amazing lady enough, it was like she had know myself and Ben for years! She will capture your special day unique to you and make your ceremony a moment never to forget from beginning to end.

Yvette is amazing. She gets to know you through meetings, but she is sneaky! You think you're just chatting and hanging out, but she is secretly gathering information and somehow manages to understand your relationship perfectly and write a ceremony that absolutely embodies you and your partner. We cried when we read the ceremony Yvette wrote for us, it was exactly what we wanted and we hadn't even known it ourselves. It was the perfect mixture of heartwarming, humorous and personalised. Yvette is a bright and warm person, and she did an amazing job on our wedding day - the guests were gushing over her beautiful words! We connected with Yvette from the first moment we met, and didn’t even bother meeting with anyone else. We had no idea what we were doing and she really took the time to help us out to make our day special. Right from the outset of meeting Yvette, we instantly felt comfortable with her and almost immediately knew she would be right for us. We were after a relaxed and fun type of ceremony and that's exactly what we got. However this was by no fluke, Yvette spent many hours with us prior to the day discussing how we met, what we wanted, and even taking each of us aside to talk about the things we loved about each other, so that when our vows were read, she had crafted these stories in to the ceremony to make it very intimate and special. We chose Yvette to be our celebrant because of her warmth and relaxed nature. She was an excellent fit for our wedding and the relaxed, non-traditional vibe we were going for. She was incredibly professional and had thought of little things from having tissues available for the teary moments to stepping to the side for the first kiss so as not to be in the photos. We had a lot of compliments on our ceremony and vows, which is a testament to the effort she puts in to getting to know you as a couple so that it feels like she's a friend. We highly recommend her as a celebrant and wish her all the best in the future.
