I used to like their food esp Swiss roll and rusk. Recently, a few times I had to return the Swiss roll for the cream is too sour (meaning off) and the sponge itself breaks into pieces once you open the wrapper. It’s been sitting too long or the sponge has been frozen. Taste is different too. The staff are nice but they should not sell food that the signage says fresh on the day and no preservatives. Again I bought the Swiss roll and the taste was off. Bought the Rusk and the bread tasted mold and the butter tasted rancid, so with the smell. They refunded my money.
