Thank you for taking the time to respond to my post. I am pleased that this consultant is no longer employed by you. What your records probably don't show is that I requested a copy of this consultant's report on me under the Privacy Act, after it was initially withheld by the organisation that had compelled me to go to your business. I did not recognise what this consultant had written, and it was inaccurate, biased and opinionated, and unfair. It ended by saying that I did "not want to work". I found work a few months later. We can all find ourselves unemployed through circumstances beyond our control. That this consultant was put in such a position of power without monitoring or adequate screening is frightening. With respect I hope that you have tightened up your recruitment process. I will change this review rating as a recognition of your acknowledgement of my post . Thank you.
