As I entered the parlour I had this unwelcoming look from Daxa, the lady who owns the the parlour. She was not only extremely rude but also unprofessional. She made me wait for long deliberately. She told the girl who was about to start my facial to go on a lunch break and that I should be made to wait. She thought by speaking in Gujarati she had made a smart move but I i understood every word of hers. The girls who work for her are treated shabbily too. A very bitter experience indeed. Never again will I ever visit Daxa to be belittled and humiliated.

Visited in July 2020..the two staff on were not very welcoming or friendly.. The diamond facial me and my daughter received was tops half an hour.. Very short service.. The lady who did our threading kept breaking the thread.. Facial was good but way too short for the price paid. They were quiet on this day and as first time customers they certainly did not meet my expectations and seemed like they were not bothered to keep us as potential regular customers.
I always do my eyebrows at Daxa's just because they do a good job. Today I tried a package deal which included 60 mins full body massage, 30 mins clean up and facial. Adesh was amazing. She gave me an awesome massage. I fell asleep so many times in between as it felt so relaxing. It was absolutely worth the 100 i paid for the package. I have decided to do this more often. My husband purchased this and I used it, lol Wow. Had a wonderful 90 min experience - Perfect pressure, lovely calming music, beautiful ladies - left feeling just amazing. Enjoyed the facial. Liked that I wasn't left alone for ages like some places.Heated towels during massage was divine. I'll be back
Have been a long time client of this salon. The facial waxing is the best, as I do not have any breakouts, rashes or even red skin due to sensitivity when this waxed is used. Daxa does her work very carefully and well. Just a bit on the pricey side of costs, but well worth the extra few dollars as compared to other cheaper salons.
An early Mothers Day treat was the best surprise for Mum. She has never had a full body massage and facial before. The team at Daxa were so amazing. The atmosphere was so lovely and relaxing. The massage and facial was fantastic, and the ladies were so friendly. We definitely recommend this spa.... Thank you so much, we are feeling wonderfully relaxed even 5 hours later!! We will be back for sure.
I haven't had a haircut this good since 2007. Lovely ladies, super chill environment, and reasonably priced services. As long as I live in New Zealand, I won't be getting my hair cut anywhere else.
