Incredible organisation of volunteers who do their very best for the animals in their own time. I suggest any critics (keyboard warriors) try to do a better job themselves.

Lovely ladies put hours and hours into the rescue to help animals. A big range animals that they look after. Would adopt off them

Very good rescue to deal with. Very professional manner and always refer friends and family to them when looking for an animal to adopt

So much love goes into the care of these animals.

Had a below average experience...these people didn't get to know what I could offer before judging my ability to adopt. Disappointed that they won't adopt a kitty to me but seem to be crying out for helpers. Really sad that this was their approach

Very unprofessional, find a sweet male kitten ready to adopt today. Fully accepted but then denied just before the payment went through, as decided wanted the kittens to go together. Then top person then abused me over the phone and blamed other co-workers for lack of communication. Disappointed as it was the one kitten I had been searching for and disgusted that she had blamed other workers and abused me.

This rescue place seems good. I haven't had an animal from them as yet.

On the day of adopting a new kitten after paper work had be filled out and payment was about to be sent we were denied of picking up my 18 year old autistic brothers dream cat. Supposedly there was a "miss communication" between the RRR. After talking to the RRR they were hoping both kittens would be adopted whether they were together or not. We were hoping to adopt the male of the siblings and our family friend was kind enough to ask if they could adopt the female. Unfortunately this wasn't good enough for the receptionist Liz. Although our family friend has 2 cats currently that were rescued and was happy to come fill out the required form on Monday for collection 3 days later Liz not only yelled down the phone at us but called my mum deceitful even though this plan had already been agreed on. In the phone call Liz later ranted about how it was a co-workers fault and how they are unable to get rid of some of there rescues and attempted to completely block us from there system even though we were wanting to adopt 2 kittens into happy homes. We then received nasty text that not only upset my mum but also my brother as he was not able to get the cat he selected and got accepted for after months of searching. This is extremely unprofessional and down right rude. Would not recommend to anyone. Have never had a problem with the SPCA. Feel sorry for the cats more than anything else :(
