Though a smaller donor center (when compared with Epsom), they have a great team! The staff are very sweet/caring and they made me comfortable during my plasma donation with cookies and juice. They regularly updated me with status of my donation.
No reason to complain. The needle is always administered in a painless fashion. They always have a seemingly unlimited supply of chocolate biscuits, crackers, cheese, juice, coffee & tea. The free wifi means you can use your phone as a source of entertainment or work on your laptop (one-handed). I always come here once a fortnight to donate plasma. It will be a shame when I have to move cities.

The staff were fantastically accommodating for my reintroduction to donations after not donating for 3 years. Super friendly and attentive, from reception to aftercare, with a high level of professionalism while maintaining a personable and empathetic approach. I will definitely be back, thank you :)
